Yes! Our work is under taken only with qualified tradesmen with full police clearance. Our work is fully guaranteed by the manufacturers warranty as stated by our terms and conditions of sale.

Do you require a Deposit?
We require a 25% Deposit on all quoted work with the Balance Due payable at the time of installation.
Do you provide Free Quotes?
We supply, install and service all of Perth – both South and North of the river (North via our fully owned Interglass business.)
However we do not provide Free Quotes for repair or service work – this is done on a ‘Parts plus Labour’ basis as follows:
For repairs and service work we do not provide on site Measure and Quotes – accurate estimations are provided “over the phone” and based upon “Parts plus Labour”.
Will you invoice my insurance company for glass repairs?
Generally we require Glass Repairs to be paid for on a COD basis. Should you wish to make an Insurance Claim we will provide you with a detailed Tax Invoice within seven (7) days.
Do you Quote on Saturdays?
Yes we do! Appointment times on Saturdays are in high demand so please BOOK EARLY.
How long after do I have to wait for installation after I accept your Quote?
We pride ourselves on providing Quick Installation.
Installation time depends on a number of variables, such as the type of product, powdercoat colour and the time of year.
At the time of Quote we will provide you with an estimate on the current lead time for your selected products.
Typically, Security Doors and Screens, Shower Screens and Wardrobes are installed within 2 weeks.
Do you offer Finance and/or Accounts?
No. All of work is done on a COD basis. Payment for work can be made by Visa, Mastercard, Cash, Cheque or Direct Deposit.
How long is the Quote valid for?
Generally, our prices are valid for not less than 30 days from the date of the Quote.
We only apply price increases when our Labour, Material and Overhead Costs increase – consequently our prices are effectively valid for longer periods.
